A gift shop, Spolok sv. Vojtecha, is located within the Castle grounds. Visitors can purchase souvenirs also at the cash desk of the Diocesan Museum.
The Castle grounds, Casemates and the Diocesan Library are barrier-free. There are stairs in the other expositions. A toilet for visitors with disabilities is located within the Castle.
Pets are not allowed in the Castle grounds and the Expositions.
Bicycles can be stored at the entrance gate to the Castle grounds, in front of the cash desk.
A toilet for the youngest visitors, with a changing table and a hot water, is located at the cash desk
